After booking a procedure, you will be registered in our system and receive an electronic confirmation of your appointment. Twenty-four (24) hour prior notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.

Please note that we take progress pictures of all clients before and after their procedure(s) (face or body) to follow each client's progress and all information collected from our clients is confidential. 
Please do not use your cell phone or any electronic device when you are in treatment. 
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, debit and credit cards, and cash payments for our services.

Appointments are made for a fee online. If you need to reschedule your service, you can only request to reschedule once. If you reschedule a second time, you will be charged the full amount and will need to pay for a new appointment.

For cancellations and refunds, please notify us 48 hours in advance so that we can issue the refund.

We do not issue refunds for services once they have been performed.

 

**Promotional packages are subjected to price adjustment when paid by credit card. 

Please see the parking locations map on page two and make sure that you park in the areas indicated for 3 hours. The parking spaces over Mamaroneck Avenue are limited, and the maximum time is only 1 hour.  You can leave your car at the near by Municipal Park, located at 125 Court st White plains, NY 10601.
